We had a wonderful stay at Bessahotel Baixa. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and clean. The comfortable bed and soundproof room ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The room service was prompt and the food delicious. We also enjoyed the smart communication system in the room, great to easily connect our devices to the TV. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.

Amazing facilities and decor, including beautiful rooms and communal areas. Loved starting the day with a swim and relaxing in the pool area. The hotel's location was great for exploring the city and offered fantastic value for money.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were fantastic and always willing to help. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including an electric kettle and free toiletries. The spa and wellness centre were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The sun terrace and outdoor dining area were the perfect places to relax.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The modern and nicely decorated facilities made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our room was flawless, with a huge and comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the assistance we received from Raquel at the reception, as she helped us find the perfect wine tour in the Douro region. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. we were able to find parking easily, a great convenience. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, and the restaurant served amazing food and drinks. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in this city.
